Pretti is committed to protecting the Privacy of all users (Customer and Partners and Agents) and visitors of the Platform and/or using its provided services.
1.2. It is important that you read this Privacy Policy together with any other applicable notices we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you, so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your personal data.
1.3. BY CLICKING OR CHECKING “SIGN UP”, “I AGREE TO PRETTI’s PRIVACY POLICY” OR SIMILAR STATEMENTS AVAILABLE AT THE PRETTI REGISTRATION PAGE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS DESCRIBED AND UNDER THE TERMS HEREIN.

2.8. In addition, Pretti may also keep track of general (non-personal) (visitor) data on this Platform as well as data a user voluntarily provides to Pretti (including reviews, feedback and/or other information posted on the Platform, messages to Customer Service and/or e-mails).
3. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
3.1. Pretti agrees under no circumstances, to contact or solicit the existing clientele of the salon partner, present within the client list, unless it is on the behalf of the salon partner, via transactional or marketing communication, or the customer also has an active Pretti marketplace account.
3.2. Your (personal) data will enable Pretti to provide you with access to the relevant parts of the Platform and supply you with the services you wish to use. It will also enable Pretti to send booking confirmations to you and to contact you where necessary concerning its or Partner´s services. Pretti uses your (personal) data for the administration, the processing of your bookings and administration, support, improvement and further development of (the design of) this Platform and our services. Pretti will also use your (personal) data for statistical and/or analytical purposes (including the click and visitor behavior on this Platform).
3.3. Pretti may use your personal data to contact you (by e-mail or phone) and ask for your opinion on the Platform and/or the services and to notify you about important developments and changes to the Platform and/or the services.
3.4. Where you have indicated accordingly, you agree that Pretti may also use your personal data to contact you (by phone, mobile messaging (SMS, MMS, etc.) and/or by e-mail) and let you know about other products and/or services that may be of interest to you.

3.8. Recipients who no longer wish to receive Pretti´s newsletter or promotional e-mails can click a link called “UNSUBSCRIBE”, which is included in all emails sent from Pretti.

3.10. The personal data you provide to us will be stored on Pretti´s servers. Access to your personal data is restricted to Pretti staff members and staff members of companies who act for Pretti for the purposes set out in this PRIVACY Policy or for other purposes notified to you from time to time in this Privacy Policy.

The personal data you provide to Pretti may also be shared with third parties who act for Pretti for the purposes set out in this PRIVACY Policy and for the necessary administration and implementation of this Platform and/or the services. 3.12. Pretti reserves the right to share your personal data, if (i) it is under a duty to comply with laws and regulations (ii) it is necessary to enforce Pretti´s General Terms and Conditions and any other agreement (such as the Partner’s agreement and/or the Salon management software agreement), or (iii) to protect Pretti´s rights whatsoever.
4. Collection of Personal Data
4.1. We or our authorised service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies for storing data to help provide you with a better, faster, safer and personalized experience when you use the Services or access the Platform.
4.2. When you visit the Platform through your computer, mobile device, or any other device with internet connectivity, our company servers will automatically record data that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This data may include:
4.2.1. Your computer or device's IP address;
4.2.2. Browser type;
4.2.3. Webpage you were visiting before you came to our Platform;
